I'm running at about a 5 on the Mankoski scale, I think? That's about where you can do things still, but can't really ignore the pain, IIRC. And where opioids are more effective than over the counter pain relief.

All I have are OtCs & cannabis.

@cute_weeds @garbados IIRC about one third of those who participated in the US Trans Survey identified as nonbinary in some form.

I forget the total sample size.

WPATH (who makes the rules, basically) is definitely adding a chapter on nonbinary folks in their Standards of Care, but I have no idea if they're putting us in the "trans" umbrella.

Things are definitely changing; developers *need* to catch up, and quick.

It's kind of freaking me out that one of my legs has changed its orientation in the last 24 hours.

My feet have *always* been this way: point me north, and my feet will point NE and NW.

Now they're pointing NE and NWbN.

I am utterly baffled at how my leg could rotate 15 degrees inward from its usual 45.

In other news, for the 1st time ever I think, an item I paid for was not actually delivered with my Instacart order.

And their site & app, if you try to report a problem with an order, just keeps looping you back to the front page.

So I had to actually *call* =shudder=

So... now I *really* wonder what's going on with my body.

Right back has been ouchy, radiating into the leg (both outside and inside). So I've been thinking "lumbar spine problems".

But I just noticed that my right leg has changed its orientation, somehow??

I.e. normally my feet, when I'm in a neutral stance, are angled +/- 45 degrees from "forward".

But now my right foot is only rotated about 30? That's about 30% change

How by Hecate's name can a whole leg realign itself without catastrophic injury or surgury??
