A few years ago, a 71 year old Brazilian man near Rio de Janiero rescued a one year old Magellanic penguin.

Call the first João, and the second Dindin (pronounced roughly JIN-jin).

Dinjin has come back to visit João every year since. They greet each other with what I will call "beak snuffles". Both of them seem to delight in each others' company.

An old man and a young penguin, best friends forever.
