I wonder if it's possible to find my dog's original owner, given that at this point, we know:
- When and where the dog shelter picked him up (in a completely different state than where he lives now)
- The dog's name
- The dog's owner's first name
- His owner's languages
His owner originally lost him years ago, though, so the trail's awful cold. I wonder if there's a lost dog database somewhere that still has this information in it.
@frameacloud I would ask:
What good would this do for your dog? What harm?
If he's settled with you, why pursue a trail that could re-upturn his life?
