Just met with my ARMHS worker. Starting to think of the whole "what does work look like"?

I anticipate I will need to make a "day job" out of writing copy. In order to get clients, I'm going to need a portfolio and probably some job history.

Had the idea: reach out to local LGBTQ+ organizations to see if they have any needs I can provide for. E.g. editing newsletters, writing for their web sites, etc.

As it happens, Saturday, a local Queer-focused library is hosting a resource fair...in which a heaping handful of these very organizations will be participating.

The Stars are shining brightly for me of late!
