Welp. I have consumed one (1) cup of kukicha, a.k.a. "twig tea".
*Hopefully* this will provide just enough caffeine to let me hygiene and recover some productivity, without completely hecking up my sleep schedule.
Remains to be seen, however. Caffeine takes a little bit to do its thing.
Meanwhile, I have turned on my icky fluorescent overheads, on the theory that more light will help promote wakefulness.
