I also have music I would like to work on. Particularly that sonata for 2 oboes, bassoon, & basso continuo.

I am super proud of the opening adagio. It is a very tight, monothematic movement; very High Baroque. Despite its melodic sparseness, it makes for a kaleidoscope of shifting textures.

I have the main themes of all the remaining movements (vivace, affetuoso, molto allegro). Need to figure out the structure, then hang the themes onto them.

@kafkaesqueNomad TBH I'm not a fan of putting up pieces that aren't completed. Even though the 1st movement of that sonata is *written*, I have yet to fill in all the harpsichord right-hand stuff.

I also need to (eventually) migrate to a new Soundcloud account or similar service. (There's some icky taint and mild trauma associated with my former handle.)

I'd DM you my old stuff but I don't think Mastodon actually supports DMs??

Eventually, though! My focus rn is just primarily on writing-adjacent stuff. ∑:ᴈ

@Qwyrdo Apologies! I meant to write that I would like to when you finished, but was a bit scatterbrained. I am patient and would really love to get a heads up when you're done and could point me to it somewhere. Just so I don't miss it... hoping it wouldn't be too much trouble.
