So... now I *really* wonder what's going on with my body.
Right back has been ouchy, radiating into the leg (both outside and inside). So I've been thinking "lumbar spine problems".
But I just noticed that my right leg has changed its orientation, somehow??
I.e. normally my feet, when I'm in a neutral stance, are angled +/- 45 degrees from "forward".
But now my right foot is only rotated about 30? That's about 30% change
How by Hecate's name can a whole leg realign itself without catastrophic injury or surgury??

Pain, body wonkiness, question Afficher plus
If anyone has any theories, *please* let me know.
I am utterly baffled at how my leg could rotate 15 degrees inward from its usual 45.
Knowing that might help me pop things back into place... ∑:s
