@Maenad I was vaguely thinking about this sort of thing a few days ago, actually. How programming is an increasingly mandatory skill in a lot of fields, and in particular, how a lot of older/deeply established researchers might not have learned it or (like me) picked things up piecemeal.

I will definitely read that article once I have more than approximately 2.3 million brain cells functioning, thanks ∑XD
