@croxus Right now I have to focus on work stuff and then have an immediate thing after work but when I get home I definitely need a shower and to meditate for a bit.

But I ate breakfast and am hydrating, at least. 💖

I feel on edge today. And I've only been awake a few hours. To be fair I woke up in a panic because my alarm didn't go off and I don't think that helped.

@nightingaleyes It is. There's a lot of guilt and shame surrounding it all. Which I definitely let myself fall into a lot in the past. It was guilt and then giving up because... Guilt. Lol.

Now I'm trying to listen to my body more and just take it easy on myself. And just do what I can without any shame.

Walking a little bit by bit today. Realizing it's easier on my knees right now to walk in 4-5 minute segments rather than trying to walk for 15-30 minute segments.

Really have been refocusing how I view my relationships with both exercise and food. Like. No more "bad vs good" and no more "go hard or go home" stuff. It's helped a lot.

That's what I'm aiming for this time. I used to try and force myself on time like "30 minutes a day or nothing!" And I'd end up... "or nothing" most days because I was afraid I couldn't do a whole 30 minutes.

I'm learning to take everything easier. And most of all that means being easier on myself.

Did aerobics yesterday and my legs were sore to heck all day today but I managed to still do 5 minutes of aerobics. I know it's not a lot but if I can "get there" a little at a time I'll be happy.

Ugh I finally beat the game -- technically for the first time -- including the Trespasser DLC -- and I'm crying now.

This was by far my favourite thing.
