What is it like to have self-worth?

I managed to stand up! Hurrah!

Imagine having options that are viable. Imagine having one path available that doesn't seem sure to end in ur death by ur own hand before you see anything through that you might find truly worthwhile and you could feel good feelings about.

One of these days I'm going to read a book

Time to spend my evening rocking backwards and forwards on the edge of my bed while my bladder protests painfully but I can't move because I'm worthless and I hate myself too much to care about my body but also agonise about everything I ever did because someone got pissed at me and I can't handle even internet based confrontation and get confused and even more depressed and anxious thanks I do it on purpose all the time for fun yea that's me 😐😐😐

Love to add another thing to the list of things I ruminate about on a daily basis
