@NerdResa In französich manche Leute beginnen ein '·' zu schreiben die verschieden Formen um zu teilen.
z.b. wir würden «un·e utilisateur·rice» schreiben. Gibt es noch nichts ähnliches auf Deutsch ?

@Sasha Im Deutschen gibt es ne ganze Menge Optionen:
Binnen-I: "einE BenutzerIn" (alt, wird als binär verstanden)
Schrägstrich: "ein/e Benutzer/in" (dito)
Klammer: "ein(e) Benutzer(in)" (dito)
Unterstrich bzw Gender Gap: "ein_e Benutzer_in" (z.B. um den Raum zwischen männlich und weiblich zu symbolisieren)
Sternchen: "ein*e Benutzer*in" (z.B. um Vielfalt zu symbolisieren)

Das sind so die häufigsten. ^^

@NerdResa My favourite would be "Benutzlon" plus some neopronoun (nin or xier maybe), but anything other than the current situation would be ok with me.

Many people use "das" with -lon, so it would be "ein Benutzlon". Sadly looks like the masculine… "ein_e"/"ein*e"/"ein:e" do have things in them that might be read out by a screen reader, but at least it would only be in this one word? Idk what is better.

@maunzikation @NerdResa ya, if one were to prioritize -lon because screen reading, it would also be best to probably use an article that didn't throw off the screen reader too.

I know its just one trans persons opinion but i dont mind having 'ein' in the context of 'das' because that is still the word for the grammatical gender neutral 'the'
