Wish I had the capacity to fix the website away from the shop but I'm on mobile at a train station and the other people with that capacity are out of the country so while I can reply to emails promptly, John Doe has to wait a minute for changes to the website
Sorry I'm frozen to a metal bench outside and not in the comfy computer chair in the toasty office ready to change the site for you, I'm not happy about it either.
