How do low-spoon vegans get around the issue of having to plan their meals in advance? Like if I'm having a low-spoon evening and just go to bed instead of making a sandwich for breakfast the next day my options are the station café and the station café at the other end of the line for getting breakfast on the way to work, but while I can get a bacon roll in 25 seconds the vegan options they offer are soy beverages and fruit. Do vegans have to plan extra spoons for meal prep all the time or do you just accept that breakfast on this cold January morning is going to be an orange?

@Murkrow Yeah, that can be annoying :/. I would suggest to take a fruit from home with you to eat it on your way or at work.
