Oh fuck I understand why I'm falling asleep. The meds I take in the morning have this side effect.

Fact is :
-Appointement at 10:45.

-Someone else had an appointement at 10:45 and went there before me.

-Someone else came for an appointement which must be the one after the 10:45 one.

So I guess I'm gonna have a talk therapy of 10 mins which doesn't sound great.

The longer the waiting the lower my mood.

I forgot my headphones or whatever the name of this thing is in english and I regret it.

I could do with listening to "sexy naught bitchy me" while waiting for my appointement.

I put back my inflatable origami bunny in my bag. Snurf.

I think my meds also are affecting the way my body regulates temperature and that neuroleptics and such may have me feel "cold".

I really can't regulate my body temperature it's getting annoying. It feels like I'm stuck with my arms in ice and it's so cold.

Guess it's time for the 2nd hot shower of the day.
