Me at start : wow 5mg diazepam is strong

Me this "morning" took :
5mg diazepam (valium)
20mg prazepam (lysanxia)
12.5mg cyamemazine (tercian)

I'm feeling fine. A bit anxious but fine. Guess it's ok, I can deal with the remaining anxiety.
