Btw don't use mtf/ftm randomly especially if you're not trans' yourself. Seriously. I am not mtf, I am F. Mtf here is simply to indicate a medical treatment and not everybody want to be refered as a medical treatment.
@Morgane even it is annoying in terms of medical treatments, it kind of implies the person was not their gender before. Like if it is surgery rather than saying "mtf srs" it should be "Grs for a trans women <or however the person identifies>" or "Grs - Vaginoplasty"
