@Vrashnak @Grietche you are right and I try to. but i can't because i usually "wake up" at 10am since i feel so exhausted i can barely open my eyes before (at least for these days).

after that i prefer other kind of hot drinks, coffee is for when I am alone mainly and it helps a bit :/
