Like, it might be because I also am a bit nymphomaniac, but... it's weird. BDSM is hard. Because if you seek for a long term relationship and find it, it's ok. If you seek for a partner for regular "play sessions" it's already harder. And the need pushes, at least me, to submit a lot more by myself. Because it feels good. But as you say, there are also many people that don't care about who the submissive is, which can lead to many troubles. The opposite must exist too though... I guess.
