#introductions now seems like a good time to re-introduce myself

I'm a trans lesbian, anarcho-communist, radfem, goth, and game artist.

I'm super into creative writing, essays, creating multimedia art in general, art/media analysis/appreciation/critique, exploration of aesthetics, deconstructive philosophy, and game design theory.

4 years of schooling, almost graduated. I'd consider myself an indie game artist, and plan to transition into a bigger focus on game design.

As far as gothness goes, I'm more into gothic punk, dark fantasy, vampire fiction, and am still sorta into rivethead culture. Uhhh also I make a lot of srs and a lot of silly posts

dark souls2 has a beautiful narrative of the essence of life and its significance to people. also meaning, memories, and coming to terms with nature. more than DS1, it explores the personal implications of the curse of humanity. you play as, and are surrounded by many people from distant lands, gone to the kingdom to hold onto a fading sense of humanity, holding onto memories and personality before it ultimately disappears before the curse of humanity turns everyone into a hollow. Im explaining this badly but theres a lot to it. Basically it explores CW without going overboard, while using a lot of flowery symbolism. gonna write a essay l8r on it

I gravitate towards Tapatio and Redhot a lot. Even though they're not very sophisticated or fit for gourmet, or high scoville meals. But the ones that are are so niche, and they're harder to obtain. The hottest thing I see in regular stores is El Yucateco or the extreme tabascos. Not a lot to work with. And the gourmet stuff mostly comes from new york, like Queen Majesty.

Lastly, with some adjustments to his character design, he would be a good champion of the people, in a real sense, if he was cut from the nationalist roots, and had a canon reboot, a la New 52 or Rebirth.. With the right writers pushing, he could be much like Green Arrow, the more socialist coded DC hero, who thematically parallels Hawkeye. Also It is in your face: nazis can take hold of your government during vulnerable times of national security being a concern, and periods of high civilian panic and xenophobia. Or, realistically, if they didnt skirt around it, it happens invariably in a state and with capitalism.

Okay so I havent indulged like this with weed for weeks, and was using it very moderately and medically. So now I will review Cap America Winter Soldier.

Okay so it basically is like, a Metal Gear Solid plot. Bucky is so much like Raiden in key ways. Captain America is the disillusioned soldier, much like Big Boss post-MGS3. And it even has the same type of narrative. The perils of a security based society, the evil that can come from bureaucracy, secret keeping, and overly authoritative invasive surveillance government. It's really good, and surprisingly anti-authoritarian, to a degree.
