#introductions now seems like a good time to re-introduce myself

I'm a trans lesbian, anarcho-communist, radfem, goth, and game artist.

I'm super into creative writing, essays, creating multimedia art in general, art/media analysis/appreciation/critique, exploration of aesthetics, deconstructive philosophy, and game design theory.

4 years of schooling, almost graduated. I'd consider myself an indie game artist, and plan to transition into a bigger focus on game design.

As far as gothness goes, I'm more into gothic punk, dark fantasy, vampire fiction, and am still sorta into rivethead culture. Uhhh also I make a lot of srs and a lot of silly posts

the milgram experiments were a set of DOCTORED studies which involved people being instructed to repeatedly shock people with increasingly lethal jolts from the request of an authority. criminologists and cops are taught this very badly framed assessment of human behavior, and it was actually literally used to attempt to pardon ACTUAL NAZIS for their atrocities because they were 'just following orders'

my high functioning armor shattered today and i had a horrible anxiety attack that my partner had to help me out of because of my mom being abusive and yelling at me over tax return stuff in the middle of the night. also because I finished a show called The Awesomes, and Perfect Man's character arc and ending made me sad and resentful of my family.

Had a longish conversation with my brother about how to view Twin Peaks going in. Basically said you have to be prepared for things to not pay off until halfway into the first season because the show has such a slow setup.
