#introductions now seems like a good time to re-introduce myself

I'm a trans lesbian, anarcho-communist, radfem, goth, and game artist.

I'm super into creative writing, essays, creating multimedia art in general, art/media analysis/appreciation/critique, exploration of aesthetics, deconstructive philosophy, and game design theory.

4 years of schooling, almost graduated. I'd consider myself an indie game artist, and plan to transition into a bigger focus on game design.

As far as gothness goes, I'm more into gothic punk, dark fantasy, vampire fiction, and am still sorta into rivethead culture. Uhhh also I make a lot of srs and a lot of silly posts

Nyarlathoteps influence in Persona 2 is a good way to frame the hurtful, malicious, and painful aspects of humanity. It's not essential to our being necessarily, but something learned. And the only way to help it is for people to learn positive, healthy, altruistic traits, behaviors, and ideas, etc. Very much like the Selfish Gene.

Tech skepticism is important. People usually aren't saying technology is the worst thing ever and that it shouldn't be used. It's usually that tech should be safe and open before people start to use it. And that it's largely used by the ruling class to perpetuate oppression. I wish less people would automatically disregard people who are skeptical as neo-cavemen living in the forest. How would these people even respond to you if they're living in grass huts?
