My little brother is next to me using the TV to farm and prepare to fight the blood starved beast in Bloodborne, because he hasn't beaten it yet and its tilting him. Okay I think I've got the depressing posts out of my system.

Death is such an unfortunate thing. If you've ever had doubts about radical politics... capitalism leads to more death. More suffering. More suicidal thoughts. More misery and sickness. More suicide. More homicide. More pointless violence. More alienation and separation. All of the worst things in the world. It's deeply terrifying to live in a world like this. Capitalism won't make this better. The only way to help the human condition is through a society that facilitates socialism. People need to care for one another and have empathy. Including the government body.

Last night I got inexplicably terrified thinking about death, spun on by neon genesis evangelion. But unlike how it was before, I feel like I've worked past a lot of my feelings and fears in this area. I feel like I can think about it without feeling any crippling panic. It's still deeply sad, and aspects of it are very anxiety inducing. I'm a different person but the same. Life is worth living and love is worth expressing. This is why the end scares me. Before it was only a fear of ego death. Now it's an uneasy acceptance.
