I remembered why I feel so much dread and anxiety when I mess up my sleep schedule. My mom tried to force me awake. When I finally did get up, she said horribly abusive things and bringing up every little thing I did wrong to make me hate and doubt myself. She doesn't care about me graduating college. She just wants to use it as a tool to manipulate me. And because of it, my mind has relapsed and for the first time in a month or two, I've had intrusive suicidal thoughts. I'm going to smoke a lot of weed today and I'm going to try to treat myself nice, not go hard on myself, and have fun. I don't deserve to be treated like this.

I grew up with metroid prime but its honestly weird as hell to play a metroid FPS. its more fitting as a 2d exploration platformer.

Okay so I actually did that garfield poem in terza rima format like the divine comedy and it was a pain in the ass

garfield set off into the woods
beyond the valley of latent sin
on his back laid minimal goods

such scarcity's what pulled him in
outside the gate, losing hope
but remembering what lies therein

he fastens a pulley with his rope
a sudden sense of confidence born
the lasagna he desired, within his scope

he treks to the land of the forlorn
many mondays have come and gone
of which now he forgets to mourn

in his sight, a dog obscuring the dawn
go back, Odie said, in desperation
go further to the inferno, begone

and so he traveled in desperation
he was nearly there, he could tell
Inferno, his final destination

"WE DEMAND LASAGNA", blasted from the many monitors of the run down dive bar. Garfield sighs and sips his coffee, thinking to himself, "I remember when all I wanted was lasagna. These days, cats ought to be searching for the truth." After finishing his coffee, he bats it off the table playfully. Jon the waiter rushes to his booth, whining "Garfiieeld. Stop making such a mess. You know you're going to have to pay for what you break." Garfield checks his bank account through his holo lens: 0056. Just barely enough. "I hate Mondays", he says as the digits shrink down to 0008. Garfield hears the click of a gun behind him. "We meet again, Odie"

Garfield gazed down at the screen, seeing himself played by Bill Murray in a live action film. The scene slowly zooms out, and Garfield is covered with snowflakes. You hear "Rosebud", as the screen drifts further out, its revealed to be encapsulated in a snow globe on a dresser. The snow globe is knocked over by a sleeping hand, spinning to the floor in slow motion. As it spins, it transitions into a bone spinning in the air of a desert climate. Angry primates throwing bones, encircling a monolith. One primate, having stared deeply at the monolith, kills the others with a bone. It cuts to the monolith... A portrait of Jim Davis.
