I say yea. But it also has a super low skill floor.
@Skoll3 I've always been more of a de-greaser shotgun axtinguisher for close quarters pyro. And Homewrecker when necessary, which is super great. Flare gun is great for what it is, but when im in a bigger skirmish i feel under-utilized without a good ranged side-arm.
@Mirzaba The Neon Annihilator can destroy sappers too (even tho 2 hit compared to 1 hit)
Phlog is definitely takes most skill out all weapons(I use it when generally don't want to think and not inspired)

@Skoll3 theres pyros who try to kite too much and pick people off from far away with the flare gun and stuff, at least in control points maps

And Airblast is generally celling of it
Not really necessary for pub
And i really rarely see homewrecker, really unappreciated weapon for ultimate engi help
