In a world where there are ghosts who have ghost clothes, would it make sense for them to have a ghost smartphone? If not, what makes it less valid than ghost clothes?
@Mirzaba Ghost clothes are just spirit clothes, ghost don't really "wear clothes", as it were, the clothes are just a part of them and of their own identity and visual interpretation of themselves.
That's why when you die, your most iconic clothes and features appear on you instead of the clothes you wore that day (unless you only recognize yourself with the clothes you were currently wearing, instead of something more personnal that you have.)

In 50 years, the ghosts with unfinished business are just trying to catch up on all their mentions, endlessly refreshing feeds. They don't even notice the families that move into their homes, sitting quietly in the corner, scrolling, scrolling.
