I do wish there was a program on linux that scanned all the installed programs and files and then reinstalled broken ones. Maybe even fix boot files if you can boot but something doesn't seem right

Seems my pi is sick. I dunno what happened but it got corrupted. It still boots though and can run the programs, but it doesn't always boot reliably.
Reinstalling all the stuff to see if it can fix the problem.
