SO how I fixed this:
Added deb-multimedia.org and pulled mpv/ffmpeg from that and it magically works..
Kinda bad Raspbian doesn't have those in their repo...

@Kimiko_0 Here is what vidlen and mpv spit out.
Oafter the mpv error I "upgraded?" it from deb-multimedia and then it spit out the last thing.
Really seems that FFMpeg and a decent version of mpv was removed from Debian going forward and I had to use an unofficial repo to fix everything.
Trying now to see if the Screenshot thing now works :x
