The term #crybully is mostly used by white cis males, who's preferd gender role is 'normal male'.

'They' use it 'anytime' their oppresive behaviour is behing challenged, to mark themselfs as the victims who need to be protected.
Yet many fall into this trap. And so often the discourse shifts into protecting the opressors rather then the opressed.
