Me, externally: ...fuck it. I'm hungry and creating more tension in my family by refusing to celebrate isn't going to un-kill all those people. I'm exhausted of constantly thinking about death and genocide and am just going to enjoy a shitty holiday for once

I get to cuddle my gf tonight and she's really cute and I love her so much

My phone broke today, and because I'm (thankfully) done with my contract on it I've decided to get a Pixel 2 to replace it. (I use Google Fi, so the Pixel 2 is basically my only option if I want a current-generation phone right now.)

I was unaware, however, that the Pixel 2 doesn't have a headphone jack and does the Apple-style dongle thing.

I'm not, like... upset? I'm just vaguely frustrated that taking away native 5mm support is a consistent thing in current-gen phones 😖

Ayy, I've been home for a few hours and my dad is already being weirdly invasive about stuff. Back to the good 'ol days, I guess. (Sarcasm)

Like, he's trying to be """hospitable""" but he's just making me and my partner uncomfortable. 😟 He asked her like... 10 times? About her computer and whether she needed accessories for it until she got really uncomfortable and asked him to leave her alone
