It's just very strange, considering that I've literally never logged in and don't even remember making an account with them 
Update: I put in the information required to recover my password/username and it said that the info didn't match their records. Yeah, that's what I thought lmao
@bea I mean, it's Nelnet, so it's legit. It may be that I need to MAKE an account with them or something. Either way, not something I'm going to get done right now.
