@soza Yeah, when only get 5 hours of sleep each night, don't eat nearly enough, and stress myself out with schoolwork all the time... It's no wonder I feel like garbage
@soza Thankfully, I slept in today, and I just ate lunch. Hopefully I'll start feeling better soon

@MariBari from what I experimented, I was more depressed when I was tired. Sleeping enough is veeery important.
