@Qwyrdo all of my physical therapists have told me I need massages

and like I'm mad that I went to the orthopedist every 2 weeks for so long and it took the physical therapist to go "why aren't you rubbing your scar?"

... because no one told me too?

"maintenance care" should include physical therapy, massage therapy, and nutritionists. Everyone should have at least annual access to this kind of care.

idk if this is an advice post or anything, but if you're getting frustrated a lot and hurting yourself (even by accident) when you do, maybe look at ways to process that frustration more productively?

Like, it's distantly possible these guys are serious, but for the most part it's just so over the top I love it

2) Whiny breakup/relationship songs where the artist clearly has no respect for their (former) partner as a person and no self-awareness about it
3) Whiny breakup/relationship songs that are so over the top as to be parodies of 2

so I think I lost weight in December because I was in a drugged haze eating the food people brought me because I couldn't move much
