this toot inspired by the thought that I'd just send @ghost this shirt if I shrink at all since it's already slightly too big (and soft and stretchy)

but then I realized I have no idea if we're actually even approximately the same size.

I realize that I always imagine my fat online friends to be roughly the same size as me even if unconfirmed.

(I wear a 2x or 18/20 in most things. It doesn't show up a lot in my selfies because I'm also pretty tall and have broad shoulders for an afab girl)

- 2x a day med timers (morning vitamins, evening meds+vitamins (yes, I need these supplements, NO, they are not expensive pee))

- keep chemical hotpads and ibuprofen in my bag (both for PMS and for muscle tension problems)

- ice pack and migraine meds in easy to find places (not at work or in my bag, if I have a migraine I need to come home)
