in Pa I was a weirdo and strangers never talked to me

in NM I apparently SUPER COOL and I get compliments every time I leave the house

at first my partner thought it was just my knee scooter but like the other day I got compliments on my SHOPPING CART (I have my own because I do my shopping on foot)

chocolate+coffee festival was a success but I am WAY overcaffinated

that said I found out a local dairy has an "adopt a goat" program that comes with monthly cheeses and goat visits??? it seems like an A+++ idea.

bought some mexican chocolate yogurts for a change of pace from "spoon of cherry jam, spoon of chia seeds, scoop of plain yogurt" which has been my breakfast for ages

Kris is pretty dismayed he doesn't get to lick my yogurt container these days

my asthma rules out smoking most days, and edibles are expensive in places where it's not fully legalized

also, like, I won't get intoxicated (on anything) unless I'm around good friends, so I'm never going to crash the neighbor's parties to light up or anything.

@vantablack hey IDK if you've ever watched Steven Universe but the Sugilite thing feels a lot like the time "old me" comes back.

It feels so GOOD for... a few hours, then I'm walking miles home alone because my friends left me to get it out of my system.

nah, when we were trying for controlled city living I'd use it for intimidate, but after I got let off the leash there was no need for intimidate anymore

I've still been high < 10 times total (I think it's pretty close to < 5 times? just hard to be completely accurate as it's been a decade or so since I first tried).

So basically, if you get high with me, I'm still a scrub.
