as it turns out, sleeping for 15 hours is really good for making you feel like almost a functional human being the next day

@KitRedgrave @Elizafox honestly I think it depends on the depth of the pre-existing fatigue and where it comes from
sleeping a long time helps me right now 'cause sickness, but a few years back it was a major symptom of my depression so 🤷

@Maenad @Elizafox fair enough. for context i was chronically short on sleep for several days and was feeling ill. i wouldn't advise doing that every day if it can be helped
