@Maenad I mean. Maybe not the most exquisite. But it's very versatile and has a nice creamy texture that vinegar sauces don't have. Though I think it still isnt the best.
@Maenad Honestly if there's Redhot at the house, Sriracha is the last thing on my mind, cause both are very much "put that shit on everything" type of sauces. My ranking of "put it on everything sauces" that I mentally gravitate towards would be like.. First Redhot, then Tapatio, then Sriracha. Sriracha can get tiring after a while, is the problem too. much like ketchup.
