@MightyPork I mean I have often "adapted" models enough that I consider it original. Definitely no shade on adapting models.

It's just funny in context - I usually make it clear in the methods it's an adaptation.

Because honestly there's only so many low-dimensional categorical models you can write down, if you aren't thinking of "different parameterization" as a "different model".
