I should mention that the "other dude int he bar" was the lady they were looking for in disguise

so uh

they kinda fucked up

and I even did the wink wink nudge nudge thing by describing said "dude" in more detail than the rest of the inn/innkeeper

but I guess since I said "green skin" and "face tentacles", they assumed it was just "oh fun alien descriptions"
