@Maenad Should work if there aren’t too many. There are certainly meatball recipes that include an egg.

@Maenad absolutely a good idea! egg whites make a great binder--I don't know that I've ever made meatballs without them?

@Maenad It's an effective binder, yeah. Won't impact flavor too much. I'd suggest a couple eggs worth of whites to a pound of meat at the most.
