How long should you wait on hold with a DRs office before calling back? We're at 15 minutes.
The office in question has no hold music and I suspect that the receptionist forgot she put me on old.

I'm worried because it's 25 minutes until 5 and I don't want to wait on hold for another 15 minutes and get told "oh we're about to close call back tomorrow morning" when I do talk to someone.
