@amphetamine lots of ibuprofen. No acetaminophen.

I have another DR appointment tomorrow and am going to ask about real drugs there. I'll probably just say "look I thought ibuprofen would cut it but I didn't account for the moments I literally can't do anything but cry when I thought that".
