@amphetamine lots of ibuprofen. No acetaminophen.

I have another DR appointment tomorrow and am going to ask about real drugs there. I'll probably just say "look I thought ibuprofen would cut it but I didn't account for the moments I literally can't do anything but cry when I thought that".

@Maenad that sounds fine, goddess knows doctors are happy to prescribe hard painkillers

@ansate to be fair, I've never failed at it with pain meds before, but I know myself and have seen the statistics and so don't want to risk it unnecessarily.

But this seems necessary.
