Okay.
I started jiu jitsu 4 months ago. Since then I've lost 15 lbs - I'm 255 right now. My "goal" weight is 200 - I'm 5'10", broad shouldered, and have decent muscle mass and remember feeling really good at 200 (in high school :X). (Pet peeve: dudes who tell me that it's good to have a "starter goal" and that I'll change my mind when I get closer to that and decide to lose more). I can't really treat weightloss as any sort of goal because I already have issues eating when my brain goes bad, but it's undeniably an effect of working out for 10-15 hours a week and I'm okay with that (exercise is fun, calorie restriction is bad).
