@rhythmgoddesss i'm shit at it, too. what i started to do is asking people i know and trust for help with stuff, and like setting boundaries, like: "i dont care what u say abt this". its hard, but it works sometimes. and like dunno when i need to do stuff for myself i say sometimes: "what does [myname] need? how can i do that for her". and like for me one big thing i tell myself is: if i really wanna help ppl, its better when i conserve my energy and have ppl take care of me and take care of myself.
