I spent all weekend hacking on mastodon, getting my server stood up, teaching myself aspects of devops life I'd never experienced before, fighting to get email configured so new users could join, coming up with the @ambassador idea and implementing a proof of concept, etc. Easily 12 hours a day the past few days.
Now it's back to day job and it's just, like... why?
Oh yeah, to eat. I gotta figure out how to transition to passion work full time.
