I ordered a new phone battery yesterday. Hopefully it's a real phone battery and not a scam battery. If not, I have other options I guess. 🤷

Today I took them. Only have the cat to blame for not getting stuff done. Or maybe mania. Who knows??????

Oh. *looking at pillbox* I forgot to take my ADHD med among other things yesterday. No wonder concentrating yesterday was hell.

My #cat is sitting in my chair with me. He is soft, warm, and cozy. Is this why I'm not getting anything done? 😲

I ran out of energy way early yesterday. 😩 Felt exhausted when I woke up too. But gonna try because I'd feel like a jerkface (and it'd look bad to be coincidentally) missing workshop for the 3rd? 2nd? time. Maybe if I pass out in class it will show my devotion!

It's 50 degrees (F) out, so I might have to put on a sweatshirt at the most, so it's not an effort thing I don't think. But going outside just seems.... ???????

I don't even know how to describe my mood even more, even if you gave me a chart. I've just been making tea and doing tasks all day. So productive I guess? But mentally tired. Also I feel dazed. And halfway cheery but also irritable. Like it's beautiful out, but I want to continue to be a basement dweller *has room on 2nd floor of house*

Got a call from a different psychiatrist. Yup, the rx can induce mania. Fortunately, I start tapering off tomorrow. This has been a weird and somewhat scary experience .

At first I was annoyed that LeGuin was sharing a display with Sue Grafton at my local library, but my brother put it well. "Be thankful George R.R. Martin didn't croak today." I feel like LeGuin would be a -little- overshadowed.

I got invited to go to a club that meets today. Have to cancel therapy to go. Need to go to the club to discuss taking over a duty. Have no interest in the club otherwise. Club adviser seems psyched though and he's a great professor so I don't want to let him down. Is there a cowering under my desk emoji? Or under a hoodie?

Wait... what... it's as if I've reserved 9 books! *has no self-control*
