I still feel like I don't want to go to school, even though I like school. I sort of feel like just binging on stardewvalley or books. I know that's a normal thing to desire, but I feel like my illness is messing with me. I suspect there's anxiety beneath the surface at work here.

Psyducking over here. Peer-reviewing an essay (though the author said they didn't believe it) arguing in favor of human experimentation to cure everything. Is it weird I'd be less weirded out if they'd done a better job defending their position? I think this is why professors shouldn't assign topics with no notice.

Maybe my mistake was playing #stardewvalley when my cat woke me up at 4 am but nope I am not motivated to do things.

Of course within 5 minutes of this the doctor came. I have no idea what the diagnosis was. Doesn't seem to be pneumonia though. Yay 😀

#advice please. School clinic is completely booked and can't see me. They gave me med advice and told me to call right away mon if I'm not better. But I suspect I need a note for today as I already called sick to my classes and I don't want to be the person who goes in clearly sick anyway. I do have a flexible attendance accommodation, but I'm not supposed to "abuse it". Do you think the pharmacy receipt for Claritin D and a screenshot of the cellphone conversation with the health center would be proof? #help #question

During class today, I went mute. My throat just closed up. That's not really something that happens to me (I mean, yeah, I have social anxiety, but this was different). Fortunately I didn't get called upon, but I don't know what I would have done if I had been. What can I do in the future? #request #help

Also my phone's weather app complains about the weather. I think it's supposed to be endearing but I actually kind of dislike it. "Yes, I know it's cold. You're not helping." #gettingmeta

On one hand, I could look at the weather so I know how to dress. On the other hand, I know it's cold, do I need to know how cold? If I see "<X> degrees below zero" will that really make me feel better?
