Well shit. Morning routine is usually reviewing #anki and listening to podcasts before class. I guess I can't really deny how much I use my #phone. I'll do some reading, but this really is less than ideal.

@gannet I'll try a migraine tracker app. I haven't really been happy with the methods of tracking I've tried before, but maybe someone has one that works better now. I know one of them is stress, but I haven't been -super- stressed lately. The rest is a mystery. But thanks for the help. It sucks, but I called into this class about a migraine Tuesday so I'm gonna try to go today.

Thinking about the phrase "Cold as a witch's teat". I don't think it's a very good system of measurement. Which witches? 🤔 I'm not feeling up Baba Yaga to measure how cold it is in Winter no matter how below zero it is. Has anyone come up with a standardized measurement for "witch's teats"?
