Someone discovered in 2014 that the RDA of vitamin D is far too low and instead of 600 IU it should be around 9000 IU.
"RDA for vitamin D is 600 IU per day" factoid actualy just statistical error. average person recommended 6000 IU per day. Vitamins Georg, who lives in cave & dies if he takes over 6 IU per day, is an outlier adn should not have been counted

I made a little spreadsheet to help me work out what the heck was going on in actual numbers.
So if I'm supported by 50 $1 pledges, I get $47.50, but supporters pay nearly $70.

jetzt bewundere ich euch @distelfliege und @Jules hier schon eine Weile dabei, habe etwas Angst dass ich eigentlich keinen Platz in meinem Leben dazu habe...
und will es aber glaub ich trotzdem wagen. *träumt*
