heads up that there's a bot called @Birb that people can send to someone else's DMs without an explicit mention, so it just sort of appears in your mentions with a bird gif and the name of the person who sent it.
i get the idea and taken in a friendly way its kinda cute, but it could also be surprising / intrusive / unexpected, so just be aware of it

@gannet i think you mentioned the name of the knitting technic a while ago, when you knit two-coloured but not stranded, 2 rows each colour and the pattern builds up through slipped stitches. was it you? could you say again what was it called?

I'll be switching Email servers really soon-ish now. The ideal opportunity to change workflows, get rid of things, change stuff.
My ideal goal would be to get rid of Email completely. Depressingly enough, this is a surrealistic goal.
So what are your strategies to reduce email that you have to handle manually to the absolute minimum?
What are your workflows to cope with way-too-much email you're not interested in?
